Meet Breanna Stephens
Behind the Scenes
In Breanna's free time you'll likely find her chasing around her toddler, Emma, who is 3 years old. She and her husband Caleb enjoy hiking the local trails in the Albany/Corvallis area, practicing Jiu Jitsu, and trying to turn their home into a small homestead (8 chickens, a greenhouse and a big garden keeps them busy!). Caleb, Breanna and Emma also welcomed a little boy, Gideon, into their family (the newest member of BSHR, of course) in October, 2021.
Meet Logan Pursley
Logan, our HR Coordinator, earned an Associate's degree from Western Kentucky University. From there, her experience
included working in customer service for seven years between a land surveying company and a hometown bank. She's always wanted to work in Human Resources to be able to help others, and meet new people with lots of different backgrounds.
In her free time you will find her playing with her two dogs, a husky and a german shepherd, or working on her or her fiancés Pontiac GTO's that they build to race. She's lived in Kentucky her whole life but loves travelling. So far, she's been to 23 states and hope to see all 50 one day!
Meet Caleb Stephens
Caleb, our co-owner, holds a background in Quality Assurance. He's also owned and operated several businesses in the manual labor and real estate markets. He's a jack of all trades, and often jumps in to help with technology implementations (or quick fixes, like when Emma unplugs the computer and Breanna can't figure out what's going on... which has happened more than once)
Caleb's time away from work is spent playing with his daughter, hanging out with his wife, and working on the hundreds of home projects he has started. Some of Caleb's passions other than his family are: practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, hiking and furthering the family homestead.

Meet Josiah Stephens
Josiah, our Business Development Coordinator, brings a strong background in marketing and has served in a wide variety of leadership positions. He has had the privilege of giving back to the community through large events, door to door visits and customizing services to meet the needs of clients.
He enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his niece Emma, and nephew Gideon. He's an avid gamer and is big into hiking and being outdoors, building things with his hands and staying active in a wide range of activities. His most recent favorites have been Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, snow boarding, hiking and sport shooting.
Josiah has a passion for people and helping them find fulfillment. As the newest addition to the team, we're excited for Josiah to bring his desire to help solve problems and help BStephensHR grow and serve our community.
