  • Hiring over 2,000 employees for skilled and unskilled positions

  • Helping a startup company come into compliance, implemented an ATS/HRIS and was the sole HR person for the organization

  • Reduced average time to fill positions from 6.2 weeks to 2.8 weeks for a manufacturing facility

  • Took a company from paper application process to the full implementation of an online recruiting application system

  • In one year, recruited more Veterans to a manufacturing facility than the company employed

  • Implementing multiple HRIS/ATS systems including ADP, Recruiting Management, Virtual Edge, BambooHR and Kronos

Meet Breanna

Behind the Scenes

In Breanna's free time you'll likely find her chasing around her toddler, Emma, who is 3 years old. She and her husband Caleb enjoy hiking the local trails in the Albany/Corvallis area, practicing Jiu Jitsu, and trying to turn their home into a small homestead (8 chickens, a greenhouse and a big garden keeps them busy!). They are also looking forward to welcoming a little boy into their family (the newest member of BSHR, of course) in October, 2021.

Meet Sarah

Sarah, our HR Coordinator, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University in Human Development and Family Sciences. From there, her experience focused on customer service, non-profit, and administrative positions. She always been passionate about helping others and working with people, which is exactly what led her into Human Resources. Her strengths are organization, administration, and creating systems. 
In her free time, she loves to experiment with cooking new and creative recipes at home. She and her husband have been married for 5 years and love calling the Willamette Valley home. 


Meet Caleb

Caleb, our co-owner, holds a background in Quality Assurance. He's also owned and operated several businesses in the manual labor and real estate markets. He's a jack of all trades, and often jumps in to help with technology implementations (or quick fixes, like when Emma unplugs the computer and Breanna can't figure out what's going on... which has happened more than once)

Caleb's time away from work is spent playing with his daughter, hanging out with his wife, and working on the hundreds of home projects he has started. Some of Caleb's passions other than his family are: practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, hiking and furthering the family homestead.

Caleb loves serving his family and clients with compassion and would enjoy an opportunity to serve your business needs.


Meet Josiah

 Josiah, our Business Development Coordinator, brings a strong background in marketing and has served in a wide variety of leadership positions. He has had the privilege of giving back to the community through large events, door to door visits and customizing services to meet the needs of clients.⁠

He enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his niece Emma, and nephew Gideon. He's an avid gamer and is big into hiking and being outdoors, building things with his hands and staying active in a wide range of activities. His most recent favorites have been Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, snow boarding, hiking and sport shooting.⁠

Josiah has a passion for people and helping them find fulfillment. As the newest addition to the team, we're excited for Josiah to bring his desire to help solve problems and help BStephensHR grow and serve our community. ⁠
