Meet Breanna Stephens
Behind the Scenes
In Breanna's free time you'll likely find her chasing around her daughter, Emma, who is 5 years old. She and her husband Caleb enjoy hiking the local trails in the Mammoth Cave Area, practicing Jiu Jitsu, and trying to turn their home into a small homestead (50 chickens, 3, ducks, 7 bunnies, a greenhouse and a big garden keeps them busy!). Caleb, Breanna and Emma also welcomed a little boy, Gideon, into their family (the newest member of BSHR, of course) in October, 2021.
Meet Kim Orsolits
SPHR, SHRM-SCP
​Kim is a dynamic Human Resources Professional with a well-rounded generalist background providing HR guidance and solutions. She possesses a strong generalist background in Human Resources with comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and practices. She's passionate about providing guidance to business leaders on human capital matters. In her spare time Kim enjoys running/working out, playing golf (poorly) with her husband and most outdoor activities. She lives in the sunny state of Florida so you will catch her at the beach, boating or enjoying family time.
Meet Caleb Stephens
Caleb, our co-owner, holds a background in Quality Assurance. He's also owned and operated several businesses in the manual labor and real estate markets. He's a jack of all trades, and often jumps in to help with technology implementations (or quick fixes, like when Emma unplugs the computer and Breanna can't figure out what's going on... which has happened more than once)
Caleb's time away from work is spent playing with his daughter, hanging out with his wife, and working on the hundreds of home projects he has started. Some of Caleb's passions other than his family are: practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, hiking and furthering the family homestead.
Caleb loves serving his family and clients with compassion and would enjoy an opportunity to serve your business needs.
Meet Vanessa Guzman
Vanessa is a dedicated, bilingual Human Resources Professional with a diverse background in human resources and people operations. She has supported multiple industries from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. As a strategic business partner, she has guided leaders' success with her proven solutions driven approach. Hailing from sunny South Florida, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Berna majored in Business Administration. She assists companies in different fields with their administrative tasks, accounting, sales data, and calendar management. She values a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoys participating in activities for good cause. She also volunteers in the sign language and foreign language community in their area.
