Breanna Stephens

Breanna Stephens is the founder and HR Director at B. Stephens HR Consulting, a firm dedicated to enhancing human resources practices for small to mid-sized businesses. With a keen focus on compliance, performance management, and employee relations, she has successfully implemented customized HR programs that strengthen employer-employee dynamics. Her expertise in HRIS and strategic compensation programs has made significant impacts on business operations in a spectrum of industries.
In Breanna's free time you'll likely find her chasing around her daughter, Emma, who is 6 years old. She and her husband Caleb enjoy hiking the local trails in the Mammoth Cave Area, practicing Jiu Jitsu, and trying to turn their home into a small homestead (50 chickens, 3, ducks, 7 bunnies, a greenhouse and a big garden keeps them busy!). Caleb, Breanna and Emma also welcomed a little boy, Gideon, into their family (the newest member of BSHR, of course) in October, 2021.
Kim Orsolits
SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Kim is a dynamic Human Resources Professional with a well-rounded generalist background providing HR guidance and solutions. She possesses a strong generalist background in Human Resources with comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and practices. She's passionate about providing guidance to business leaders on human capital matters. In her spare time Kim enjoys running/working out, playing golf (poorly) with her husband and most outdoor activities. She lives in the sunny state of Florida so you will catch her at the beach, boating or enjoying family time.
Krista Angell
Krista is a Human Resources Professional with experience across multi-state organizations and a love for enhancing organizational efficiency through HR best practices. She has a background in employee relations, compliance, and enjoys collaborating with different business units to provide holistic HR support and guidance. In her free time, you will find Krista enjoying time with her family, exploring the Florida gulf coast, reading, and learning new skills (hello, sourdough).
Jessie L. Puii
Jessie is a driven management student at Western Kentucky University who is committed to adding business value through organizational leadership, strategic planning, and a strong desire to learn. Her background includes serving as a cadet battalion commander, where she developed leadership, accountability, and team development skills. In her free time, she is the founder and leader of a youth faith organization, “Rise and Renew.”
Caleb Stephens
With a robust background in Quality Assurance, Caleb brings a wealth of expertise to B. Stephens HR Consulting. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his successful ventures in the manual labor and real estate sectors, showcasing his diverse skill set and business acumen. As a jack of all trades, Caleb excels in technology implementations, often stepping in to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring that our operations run smoothly.
Outside the office, Caleb is deeply committed to his family, cherishing time with his daughter and wife, and continuously working on numerous home improvement projects. His dedication extends beyond personal pursuits; he is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai, and boxing. His interests also include hiking, beekeeping, and developing his family homestead—endeavors that reflect his commitment to growth and excellence.
