Oregon Water Services is located in Eugene, Oregon and serves the surrounding areas to ensure well water and septic systems are up and running. They support residential homes, businesses and public water systems when it comes to your water filtration needs, troubleshooting problems, and repair and replacement of equipment. They are a small but mighty and growing team of top-quality professionals serving our area. We are looking for a Well Water Service and Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Summary/objective
This position involves performing regular scheduled maintenance activities on contracted onsite well water systems, both residential and commercial.
Essential functions

Maintain log of operations and meter readings
Record and replenish treatment components and chemicals, as needed
Inspect all components of onsite well water systems to ensure appropriate and efficient operation.
Make plumbing repairs related to all operational parts of water systems
Troubleshooting, cleaning and testing components including, but not limited to, pumps, tanks, floats, valves, treatment systems and distribution piping
Collect samples from well water systems and deliver to local laboratory for required testing
Collect meter reading numbers for usage billing on behalf of our contract public water systems
